Return Policy

Items purchased from peconenterprises.com are eligible for returns only if.

  • The product 
    • Must not have been installed.
    • Must be returned in the original packaging.
    • Must be in resaleable condition (brand new condition).
    • Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
    • Must be returned with all the accessories in their original condition.
    • Cannot be accepted as a return if are marked on the website as NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Returns are entertained, only if they are within 15 days after you receiving the product(s).
  • Exchanges can be made within 60 days after you receiving the product(s), shipping charges will be still applicable.
  • All returns must be over Rs. 1000 in total value. We will not bear any additional shipping charges.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned item, unless defective.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any kind of labour costs, which occur as the result of wrong installation.

Some products are not available or sold at peconenterprises.com but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special order item by contacting us, it may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. When you call, us we will notify you of the actual return charges.

We at pecon take extra care in packing your products. If by any chance you received a defective or a damage product, you will have to inform us within three days of receiving the product. If you do not inform us within three days, them we will assume that the product was in good condition. However if the item is defective or damaged, and you have informed us within three days we will issue you a credit note of full amount or will send you a replacement item if it is available in stock.

You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

When Returning The Goods Please Follow The Simple Directions Mentioned Below.

Contact our returns department by phone or email and receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Once you have set up your return by phone you will be e-mailed or messaged an RGA number within 3-5 business days along with the shipping address. Please make sure to include your RGA number with your item. This number will help you track the status of your return. Note: If you return a product to us without an RGA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.

We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received, to ensure damage does not occur. We will not issue you credit note/ refund unless we receive the products in good and re-salable condition. We would recommend you to send it via FedEx or you should insure your return shipment. Please make sure that items are secure in their packaging so that damages do not occur in transit. We are not responsible if your return does not make it back to our warehouse or are the shipment is damaged. In addition we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Also Mark the outside of the box “Attention: Returns Department”. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid rejection or additional fees.

However, when you return an item, which are defective or wrongly shipped product will give you a credit note of all reasonable and customary freight charges applicable to that product.

If Items, which are returned, are not received within the expected return period plus reasonable shipping time returns may not be processed. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided by you if your items are not being accepted. Items can only be resent to you, upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be abandoned if you do not contact us within 30 days.
